1- Are there any shipping costs when you exchange your madpoint for a Prizes
2- I am very interested in the nano iPod and above you have noted delivery time 1 week (Mode noted) it means what Mode noted?

the shipping costs are free and the Mode delivery time means that it can happen in less than a week or in a little more than a week
it depends on the post office, if there are holidays, strikes, holidays, all that.......
