hello and good year

yesterday morning the points of a Round were not scored following an error
"ERROR #200 - COMMUNICATION ERROR WITH THE SERVER - #500"

the same incident occurred 2 hours later on MadWin.but there, the points were scored, unlike
what happened on CadoVillage.
loss of points + loss of points at the daily challenge......... and no response from customer service :

this error only occurs on these games and never on the 8 other games I use

encounter this problem on a recurring basis, you must specify it to Customer Service so that they can do the necessary with the technical team.

Give them as many details as possible.
