I won gifts in gain sponsorship but I can not do anything (I can not redeem them for points ...). The status is empty, it appears that they are waiting for treatment by administrators. What does it mean ? Will it be long? Should I do something or just wait?
Well, if I already contacted them but they just told me that my earnings were waiting to be processed by the admins ... I asked for clarification but I have no answer (and that's more than 72 hours 😂).
